I am sure you will be very happy with your items, but in case of an unfortunate event: Returns are accepted within 7 Days. There is also the option of a replacement. The buyer pays return p&p and all refunds are in paid in full after item return is complete. After 72 hours preparation items are dispatched and posted via Royal Mail U.K. Delivery 3-5 working days. EUR Delivery 5-8 working days. USA Delivery 7-10 working days. Please see below for Returns Policy. This may be slightly delayed due to covid. Deliveries include Business Days. Bank Holidays and weekends are excluded.
When burning your candle for the first time, do not exceed 1-2 hours to prevent possible Tunnelling.
As stated in About Essential Oils due to the essential oils being organic, the candle may be of a different shade according to your choice. The sweet wild orange candle will be a light shade of orange. Regarding this colouration, please be aware as returns will not be available.
Candles that have had the wick burned are not accepted. Candle wicks are the cotton and wax covered string used to light the candle. Candles used and burned to the wick are 'finished' candles, replacement candle wicks are not offered.
Returning or Exchanging Goods:
In the unfortunate event that you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee or a Replacement. You may return your items to us within 7 days from the date of purchase in an unused condition, in all original packaging. Due to health and safety the Shea Butter and Bath Tea products are not accepted as a return. After returns are received, you will receive a full refund (less discount/promotion used and postage costs) or a replacement. Good Mood Company are not liable for returns postage cost(s), unless otherwise agreed. We however advise that you contact us as soon as possible with any concerns or issues. We will then be able to address this in a prompt and efficient manner.
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
Unfortunately, there may be the very rare occurrence of a faulty or damaged item. Used items are not accepted as a return. Due to health and safety the following items are non-refundable: Bath Love gifts. Please contact as soon as possible so that we can look to rectify the problem asap. The contact form will prove to be a more prompt response within 72 hours.
